A recent visitor to the popular fast food chicken restaurant was told that orders had to be paid for with exact change or credit cards.
The visitor said as he entered the restaurant he was asked by several customers if he had change for a $20 bill.
At the counter he was then told that employees can't open the cash register and that any cash taken in is immediately pushed through a slot behind the counter.
