After a drive-by shooting in Liberty City one man is dead and another is in critical condition early Thursday morning.

About 1:30 a.m., six people were standing outside of City Market, which is open 24 hours, on 62nd Street between Northwest 12th and 13th Avenue, police said.

A white Nissan Maxima with tinted windows then pulled-up next to the convenience store and a gunman or gunmen fired a round of shots at the crowd, police said.

Four people were shot and were taken to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center. A man, 25- to 27-years-old, died. About 6 a.m., another person remained in critical condition and the other two were in stable condition.
