An early morning fire is consuming a brick building in Spokane, WA.BAD NEWS: The building, which houses a Churchill's steakhouse, will probably be declared a total loss.
GOOD NEWS: The smell of sizzling steaks is pervasive throughout much of downtown Spokane....just in time for lunch.
